Bulleit Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey with a high rye content, bold flavor, and smooth finish: 

Ingredients: A blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, plus special yeast strains and Kentucky limestone filtered water 

Flavor: A spicy character with notes of maple, oak, nutmeg, dried fruit, dark chocolate, coffee, and soy sauce 

Appearance: Medium amber in color 

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 45% in the US, Canada, Britain, the Netherlands, and Mexico, and 40% in Australia and Denmark 

Aging: Aged for at least six years in new charred oak barrels
