Bushmills Black Bush is a blended Irish whiskey that's aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and sweet bourbon barrels: 

Color: Dark and rich, or russet gold 

Aroma: Full-bodied with notes of citrus fruit, honey, vanilla, and pear 

Taste: Soft and silky with a nutty character, and notes of citrus fruit, sweet notes, red fruits, and barrel spice 

Finish: Lingering sweetness with a balance between the power of the sherry-seasoned casks and the smoothness of the spirit
