The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 19-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey is described as a rich and refined wheat whiskey with a unique mashbill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley. It's known for its aged oak and baking spice notes, alongside sweet caramel and maple syrup flavors. 

Aroma: Seasoned oak, honey sweetness, hints of clove and nutmeg. 
Taste: Cinnamon graham crackers, rich and sweet, aged oak, baking spices (particularly cloves). 
Finish: Warm, medium length, maple syrup, caramel sweetness, tannins with a peppery tingle.
