Weller Special Reserve is an entry-level, Kentucky straight wheated bourbon produced by the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Instead of using traditional rye grain, it uses wheat in its mash bill, which creates a softer, sweeter, and smoother flavor profile. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), it features tasting notes of caramel, vanilla, honey, and butterscotch.
